Our Partnership with Westfield Health
The importance of our health has been thrust to the forefront of our minds following the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, ensuring our workers have the necessary insurance and health benefits to living happy and stress-free lives was a priority for us these past few months.
We’re proud to announce our partnership with Westfield Health. Westfield Health will provide private medical and dental insurance for our YDL team, keeping medical costs down and the quality of treatment high. As you work through our new-hire process, you’re sure to meet our Group HR Manager at YDL – Megan Boden! This week we’d like to help you know Megan a little better before you come in for your interview!
Megan is a Group HR Manager. This means she’s in charge of delivering people-focused processes and vision for YDL within the bounds of the law. This could include anything from new hire orientation to employee valuations.
Megan is a bona fide cosmopolitan. She had lived in over twenty countries by the time she was eighteen! She puts this travel experience to great use, bringing a global view to YDL. We hope you get to meet her soon if you apply!
